Account Manager

We’re looking for talented account managers with digital agency experience to join our client relations team!

The Role:

We’re looking for talented account managers to join our client relations team!

Your role will break down into 3 core categories:


1. Lead Nurturing

You’ll be assigned leads as they come in through our site, and will actively reach out to them via phone & email to convert them to clients. This element of the role will involve creating proposals & contracts.

 

2. Client Relationship Management

You will be the point of contact for clients assigned to you and will need to be able to answer any questions they may have, and resolve any issues they’re facing.

3. Project Management

You will manage a variety of client projects using SCRUM methodology. As a part of this, you will be responsible for assigning work & tasks to other team members, setting up timelines & deadlines, making sure all deadlines are met, and ensuring that all work is up to our high standards.

About You

  • 2+ years of account management experience, ideally at a digital agency

  • High standards & meticulous attention-to-detail

  • Outgoing, charismatic & approachable

  • An independent person who will figure out how to do anything

  • Hard-working, driven & determined

Salary & Other Details:

  • Workplace: Market Mind Studio ( Remote Jobs )

  • Salary: Negotiable.

  • Employment Status: Full-time

  • Provisional/Training Period: 1 to 4 Months

  • Compensation & Other Benefits: According to the company policy.

  • NB: There will be a 1-3 months provisional period which we will pay 10% to 20% of the salary.
